This historic downtown gem is most known for the long term jewelry store it housed. Koble worked in collaboration with Patricia Gardner of A57, on the design of the façade renovation for the building. The project scope also includes extensive structural upgrades and interior circulation and stairway modifications to accommodate a future retail building tenant.
